Two people pointed out to me that I've not updated my blog for a while. What can I say ? Busy-ness got in the way ..... it's work, Ramadhan ........ trying to spring clean the home ..... photography ...... and scrapping.

In between the 5oMM group went on a full-day excursion to the amazing Southern Ridges, Hort Park and Lorong Halus.





















And before that, we went to the Red Dot Museum for an evening shoot :



















Street photography is not easy with having to shoot and think fast. Each time we go out, I learn something new about working within the constraints of the 50mm lens as well as how to photograph people less obviously. I might not be the pro photographer compared to some, it's satisfying to see the progress I've made over the year when I can see my shots getting better with some of the technicalities in using the DSLR becoming automatic, there's less awkwardness.
